About the Chef
The restaurant was established by young chef Arthur Hantz. A traveler and self-taught chef, he trained under Jean Luc Rabanel at L’atelier (2 Michelin stars) and worked in top restaurants in Mexico City, Merida, and Tulum.
“I never alter a recipe, I go with its taste,” he says. His cuisine is creative, light, fresh, and healthy. The dishes are immaculate, showcasing carefully chosen and respected products. Inspired by his travels, Arthur Hantz offers a dining experience worth the detour.
